DHARAM VIR
Dharam Vir is the most hardworking soldier in the NRI team. He is always busy like a bee and works like a horse. When advised to rest, he starts quoting E M Foster:

The woods are lovely, dark and deep
But I have promises to keep
And miles to go before I sleep
And miles to go before I sleep.

He qualified B. Sc. (Audiology and Speech Therapy) Examination held 31 August, 1989 And the very next day he joined the then Department of E N T on an honorary basis and continued in this capacity till 14 October 1989 after which he was appointed as a Research Scholar( Audiologist cum Speech Therapist) under D S T Research Project “ Community Noise and its Effect on Hearing. In September 1990 he was appointed Research Scholar under a new D S T Project “ EARLY DETECTION , PREVENTION AND DETECTION OF MIDDLE EAR DISEASES” (11.5.91-4.1.93). At present he had been working as regular Junior Speech Therapist from 5. 2. 1993 to 27 September 2000 in the Department.
Thereafter he has been working as a tutor since 28 September. In the meantime he has improved his qualification and attained the M Sc degree in Audiology and Speech Therapy.
He has a knack for foreign languages and has already received a graduate diploma in German. All this has made him an expert as a speech and language pathologist and in special education.

He has been appreciated as an intelligent, hardworking person with an examplary character.
He has been invited to various seminars and conferences where he has invariably been reading papers and been asserting for justice being meted out to the physically and mentally challenged persons and especially for the deaf and dumb persons and has rehabilitated a large number of the, dome of the children treated topping in the exams.
