The
Internet revolution has brought about a sea change in all walks of life.
The pace, at which the means of transport and communication are changing
and, in turn, changing the physical, social, economic, political and
cultural environment, demands that all of us keep pace with the change
by adjusting the manner in which we conduct our trade and commerce.
The decreasing space, increasing population and the rapid pace at which
everything seems to be moving compels us to understand and adopt the
concept of e-commerce to make sure that we are not left behind in the
race. We are, thus, doing business in the times of cut-throat competition.
There is a neck-to-neck race in every kind of business. Wisdom demands
that we adopt modern ways of doing business. It is, therefore, the need
the hour that all of us guard and promote our trade and commerce interests
through the opportunity provided by the e-commerce. We, on our behalf,
invite all of you to join the starofcity e-commerce Club (SOCCOM)
and thus develop a symbiotic relationship with the public and us. You
have nothing to lose and everything to gain by doing this. You would
in this way be utilizing the infrastructure and the techniques developed
by the C-Track Group, MGR Trading Company and the www.starofcity.com.
It is in your own interest that you join this commercial bandwagon.
The concept of the Club has been developed by an expert team of computer specialists, scholars and businessmen from the C-Track Group, MGR Trading Co. and www.starofcity.com. The concept emerged out of the need recognized by the expert group for such a club and out of the interaction among the scholars, computer-specialists and the businessmen in an environment nurtured by a symbiotic relationship.
The membership would be open to all the bona-fide traders and businessmen - big and small. The membership can be acquired by depositing a nominal fee. The members will have to ensure that the image of the Club does not get tarnished through their activities. The general body of the Club would be empowered to cancel the membership of a business concern if the latter does not behave. To begin with the group would invite members from the local area and then expand to other cities of Rajasthan, then INDIA and ultimately spill-over to the business cities of the World.
The Club would have an investment cell for providing consultancy about where, how, why, when to invest and from where to get - and whom to provide - the investment after thoroughly examinig the questions like from where to get the loans and whom to give loans.
The Club would immediately launch a self-employment Scheme to contribute to the efforts made by the government to reduce unemployment.
Spiritual and Cultural Events: The Club would organize spiritual and cultural events to lessen the stresses and strains off the overbusy life of the traders and businessmen in a manner that it does not interfere with their work. Such events are likely to reinforce their business ties and forge the appropriate links.
In case of an unlikely situation - or, an unforeseeable compusion - the Club has to be wound-up, the property and assets of the Club would be donated to a charitable trust.
